Revenue Operations Architect – HubSpot (Contract)\nOverview\n\nWe’re seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. This role owns platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state.\n\nYou will work closely with internal stakeholders and the client to design and deploy a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance aligned to real GTM workflows.\n\nEngagement Details\n\n* Type: One-time contract\n\n* Duration: Fixed-scope implementation\n\n* Focus: Architecture, build, QA, and handoff (no ongoing admin required)\n\nScope of Work\n\n* Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)\n* Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects\n* Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring\n* Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack\n* Support data migration, cleanup, and QA\n* Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility\n* Document system architecture and implementation decisions\n* Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment\n\nDeliverables\n\n* Fully configured HubSpot deployment\n* Documented CRM architecture (objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages)\n* Live automations, workflows, and routing logic\n* Integrated external tools and validated data syncs\n* Executive and operator dashboards\n* Final QA, documentation, and handoff\n\nRequirements\n------------\n\nMust Have\n\n* Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations\n* Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise\n* Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring\n* Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)\n* Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA\n* Strong documentation and handoff discipline\n* Excellent written and spoken English\n* Client-facing delivery or consulting experience\n\nNice to Have\n\n* HubSpot certifications\n* RevOps or GTM operations background\n* Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions\n* Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)\n* Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
