We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, creativity, and AI, with a strong focus on driving measurable business growth, maximizing ROI, and enhancing user engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies across channels including search, social, display, video, affiliates, and e-commerce
- Define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance targets
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other ad networks
- Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with SEO partners to drive on-page and off-page optimization, including leveraging emerging AI-driven search ecosystems
- Analyze user journeys, funnel performance, and attribution models using tools like GA4, Looker, and platform analytics dashboards
- Continuously refine campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights to maximize ROI
- Partner with creative, design, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and communication across all digital channels
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, tracking spend against performance and optimizing allocation
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and innovations
- Leverage AI-powered tools for audience targeting, campaign optimization, budget allocation, and predictive analytics
- Experiment with emerging AI and automation tools to enhance campaign performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in tech, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer-focused industries
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in digital analytics and optimization tools
- Expertise in paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, SEO, display, video, affiliate marketing, and retargeting
- Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, predictive analytics, or prompt engineering for campaign optimization
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA (preferably with a marketing or digital specialization) is a plus
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, AI tools) are highly desirable
- Exposure to global or multi-market campaigns is an advantage
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
