Performance Marketing Lead

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 15-25 LPA)

- Take full responsibility for managing performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms
- Design, implement, and refine campaigns to meet CAC, ROAS, and revenue goals
- Create and execute data-driven strategies to expand customer acquisition efforts
- Regularly track campaign performance and make optimizations based on data insights and analytics
- Work closely with creative and product teams to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, target audiences, and landing pages
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent to analyze user behavior and funnel effectiveness
- Efficiently manage budgets and distribute spending across channels to maximize ROI
- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging growth opportunities
- Recruit and lead a high-performing performance marketing team (applicable for lead role)
