This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 15-25 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Gurugram

JobType: full-time

  1. Take full responsibility for managing performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms
  2. Design, implement, and refine campaigns to meet CAC, ROAS, and revenue goals
  3. Create and execute data-driven strategies to expand customer acquisition efforts
  4. Regularly track campaign performance and make optimizations based on data insights and analytics
  5. Work closely with creative and product teams to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
  6. Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, target audiences, and landing pages
  7. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent to analyze user behavior and funnel effectiveness
  8. Efficiently manage budgets and distribute spending across channels to maximize ROI
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging growth opportunities
  10. Recruit and lead a high-performing performance marketing team (applicable for lead role)
