We are hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support a rapidly growing sales pipeline within a U.S.-based landscaping and outdoor products business.
This role is sales-driven and revenue-impacting, designed to offload the in-house closer by managing inbound and outbound lead flow, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.
You’ll play a key role in converting conversations into opportunities, with a clear path to grow into a full closing role as performance improves.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting
Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups
Send quotes and estimates to prospective clients
Schedule qualified appointments for the closer
Maintain consistent communication with leads via phone and email
Support overall sales pipeline management
Consistently track and follow up with prospects
2+ years of experience in cold calling and/or outbound sales
Proven cold calling experience (A must)
Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales workflows
C1 or C2 English Proficiency (A must)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Experience in high-volume outbound sales (insurance, etc.) (Nice to have)
Background in insurance or similar industries (Nice to have)
Experience learning and handling quoting processes (Nice to have)
