Sales Development Representative - LATAM Based

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.

  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.

  • 2+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Experience working with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft).

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Highly organised, target-driven, and resourceful.

  • Experience selling to North American or European markets is a plus.
