Sales Development Representative - LATAM Based
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Research target accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.
2+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft).
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Highly organised, target-driven, and resourceful.
Experience selling to North American or European markets is a plus.
