As our new Principal Designer - BIM, Mechanical, REC you will be part of a world-class, innovation-driven engineering design center owned by an independent trust and its employees. REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence and is based in our India head office in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a center for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Design of 2D/3D Mechanical drawings with input from designers
Design of relevant 2D models for different infrastructure projects
Sizing of HVAC ducts and Pipe along with routing.
Space Planning of HVAC, PHE and Fire Equipment’s.
Co-ordination with other disciplines.
Modelling of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Service.
Provide BIM modeling and design support
Coordinate and manage Revit models
Create Revit families blocks.
Review all work for completeness and accuracy
Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.
Possess a strong work ethic.
Demonstrate proactive approach to learning new digital design tools
