Principal Designer - BIM, Civil Structures, REC

Create, work on 3D BIM models (including 3D reinforcement) and drawings for bridges, underground metro stations, port  marine projects, co-ordinate with other team members of the drafting/modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks. Mentoring and supervising junior designers and provide inputs to Team Lead for the continued development of the staff in the team. Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings, 3D models and documents. Proficiency in Tekla and 3D modeling is a must. Knowledge in Rhino/grasshopper is desirable. Hands on experience with bridge 3D modelling, drawings, quantity estimation etc. Will coordinate with technical manager or concerned engineers for input of drafting work in each project. Conversance with Euro code, Norwegian drawing standards will be an add-on. Exercises self-discipline and work ethic, respect and follow company policies and procedures
