TASQ is urgently seeking an on-site senior transition manager. The pre-screening interview will take place over the phone.

**Position Overview: Senior Transition Manager (Pasay)**

**Work Setup:** Onsite (Pasay)

**Shift:** Mid Shift

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the transition of processes with full accountability.

- Collaborate closely with clients on onsite projects.

- Provide on-the-ground assessments and recommendations regarding process re-engineering and the feasibility of offshoring.

- Engage extensively with business users, senior management, and IT personnel within the company.

- Lead client engagements to ensure consistent service delivery.

- Support business development in select accounts.

**Education Requirements:**

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.

- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.

**Work Experience Requirements:**

- Over 10 years of experience, primarily in a BPO environment.

- At least 3 years of experience in transition processes within the BPO sector.

- Must have practical experience in migrating processes.

- Experience in program management for small to medium-sized projects is required.
