We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive collaboration between the Product and Marketing teams. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning product strategies with marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless product launch, exceptional user experience, and market success. You will focus on building bridges between departments, leveraging customer insights, and delivering impact results.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Marketing Alignment

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with marketing strategies and organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

  • Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between Product and Marketing teams, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.

  • Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to implement features that support marketing campaigns and enhance user engagement.

  • Manage the feedback loop to ensure that user insights collected through marketing efforts inform product development.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

  • Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and marketing optimization.

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
