Qualifications:

• Valid PHRN and USRN licenses
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 3 to 5 years of recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Telemetry, or Emergency Department settings
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical coding team to ensure prompt and precise documentation of medical records
• Review and audit coded data to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to coding standards and payer requirements
