Skills & expertise

Solid understanding of educational methodology; able to apply and adapt it critically to different contexts
Able to self-review e-learning scripts/storyboards and learning assets against defined quality and methodological standards
Confident user of LMS and content authoring tools; able to troubleshoot common issues independently
Analytical & evaluative skills: Able to interpret course feedback, identify patterns, and flag insights that may impact product decisions
Effectively drives collaboration with Subject Matter Experts; can challenge inputs constructively and propose alternatives
Product thinking: Understands how content decisions affect learner experience, scalability, and maintainability of products

Responsibilities

Write scripts/storyboards with no to minimal guidance
Apply educational methodology critically and adapt it to context
Resolve technical issues in the LMS or content authoring tool with no to minimal guidance
Drive technical content development with SMEs with no to minimal guidance
Identify quality or methodological risks in scripts/storyboards and learning assets, and propose improvements
Create product cards for known topics or product formats with no to minimal guidance
Drive the creation of Learning Outcomes based on client and SME inputs
Collect and process course feedback according to a defined product monitoring plan
Flag insights from course feedback that may require product-level changes
Share informed opinions internally and explain educational decisions and course elements within assigned projects
Create or update educational process documentation with no to minimal guidance
Suggest minor workflow improvements
