Skills & expertise

Structured and detail-oriented mindset; able to follow frameworks, templates, and standards precisely
Basic aesthetic sense and formatting skills; able to apply consistent layouts, formatting, and visual hierarchy in learning materials
Analytical skills: Able to collect and structure feedback data when guided; limited ability to interpret results independently
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to ask focused questions and incorporate feedback
Comfortable navigating interfaces and executing defined actions
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and educational methodology is a plus
Familiarity with LMS platforms and content authoring tools at a user level is a plus

Responsibilities

Write scripts/storyboards for e-learning materials with medium to heavy guidance
Apply established educational methodology to learning assets
Load and structure content in the LMS or content authoring tool
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop technical content
Create product cards with medium to heavy guidance
Support SMEs in defining Learning Outcomes
Collect, process, and summarize course feedback with medium to heavy guidance
Share information internally and explain educational decisions and course elements within assigned projects
Create or update educational process documentation with medium to heavy guidance
