- You ensure the system operation as well as the error analysis, maintenance and execution of system updates of the customer systems.
- You carry out common basic projects, such as release upgrades for ABAP as well as for Java and take over the project management if necessary.
- You are responsible for the technology planning of SAP HANA as well as the HANA migration.
- You support our customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in the areas of trouble shooting and performance services.
- You support in presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services.
