Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting, no fixed weekends off, no guaranteed local holidays off, may be requested to go on OT as needed

Work Location: Las Piñas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course
  • At least 10 years of experience in the technology field of End User Computing, Systems, and Networking
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing desktop and service desk equipment with confidence.
  • Well-versed in the specific IT needs essential for supporting dynamic call center operations.
  • Expert technical writer, adept at clearly documenting problems and innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with strong skills in supervision, people management, time management, and project coordination.
  • Fluent in English and flexible, thriving in environments with evolving work schedules.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach, excellent organization, unwavering commitment, decisive decision-making, and sharp analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose innovative, cost-effective automation solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Manage hardware and software administration, stepping in with expert support whenever needed.
  • Act as the go-to escalation point for complex IT ServiceDesk issues assigned to IT Support.
  • Collaborate in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, installations, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Keep a precise and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets across multiple sites.
  • Lead performance reviews and provide mentorship to nurture the growth of less experienced team members.
  • Champion career development initiatives, fostering professional growth and sparking innovation within the team.
  • Engage actively in continuous learning and development opportunities beyond mandatory training sessions.
