Business Development Representative (German & English)
Role Overview Are you looking to build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor? Do you have a passion for maximizing sales opportunities in the tech space? We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our award-winning team in Krakow. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service and uncover sales opportunities for a global leader in cloud-based technology.
Using a consultative selling approach, you will cultivate existing customer relationships while identifying new business needs. You will work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team to solve complex technology challenges in a cloud environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Negotiate & Close: Use your passion and product knowledge to close sales, handle objections, and manage rebuttals during customer interactions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly KPI targets.
- Consultative Sales: Recommend, quote, and negotiate cloud-based products, identifying opportunities to expand the client's footprint.
- B2B Engagement: Support small to medium-sized businesses and advertising agencies, communicating directly with C-Level contacts.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in the technology and cloud industry to provide expert advice.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of demonstrated B2B sales experience.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in SaaS, IT, Ad sales (Ads/Meta), or Cloud/Tech sales.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of outbound activity, hitting KPI targets, and closing deals.
- Languages: Proficiency in German (Minimum B2+/C1) and English (Minimum B2).
- Mindset: A solution-oriented approach with the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Location: Currently residing in or able to relocate to the Krakow area.
