Educational Requirement:

• Completed at least 2 years of college without any failed subjects

Work Experience:

• Over 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
• Preferably with Healthcare industry experience
• Background in insurance, claims processing, or US benefits is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Setting Direction: Define team goals and ensure all members understand their roles in achieving these objectives
• Planning and Organizing: Develop work plans, allocate resources, and set timelines for projects
• Delegating Tasks: Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and skills to maintain a balanced workload
• Monitoring Progress: Track team performance, identify potential obstacles, and provide guidance to keep the team on track
