Educational Requirement: At least 2nd years in college

Work Experience: Required least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified 5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc. Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation. Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with quality and other aspects. Drive ideation, and small- and large-scale projects Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
