This role operates within an Application Support Team, with primary responsibility for resolving all production-related issues associated with the Application in support of ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) operations: Main Tasks: Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application application and its ecosystem. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams Regularly update support documentation and create user guides Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)
