TASQ is in urgent need of an on-site Senior Team Lead - Medical Equipment Support in Cebu. The pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.

**Position Overview: Senior Group Lead - Medical Equipment Support (Cebu)**

**Account Type:** Medical Device

**Support Type:** Manages global complaints for both voice and non-voice interactions

**Work Arrangement:** Onsite (Cebu)

**Shift Schedule:** Night Shift | Weekends Off

**Educational Requirements:**

- College Graduate

- Preferred degrees include Life Sciences, Engineering (medical, biomedical, chemistry)

**Requirements:**

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities

- Preferred candidates will have experience in complaint handling within medical device or healthcare accounts, but those from telecommunications, sales, or financial backgrounds will also be considered if they meet the criteria

- At least 3 years of operations management experience along with the required degree

- Overall work experience of no less than 7 years in a BPO environment.
