The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ROR Developer with at least 5 years of experience building scalable, high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby (backend) and modern JavaScript frameworks (frontend), with exposure to React Native being a plus. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile solutions that deliver great user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby (Ruby on Rails preferred).

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Integrate APIs and services to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across platforms.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Bonus Points

• Experience with React Native for mobile app development.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.

• Understanding of automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, etc.)
