We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team
  • Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues
  • Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally
  • Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects
  • Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements
  • Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required)
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
