You’re creating moments that move markets. As Event Marketing Manager at Lio, you turn trade fairs and curated in-house events into high-impact brand experiences that generate pipeline as part of the Lio Marketing Team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute Lio’s presence at trade fairs, expos, and industry conferences

  • Conceptualize and host high-quality in-house events for prospects, customers, and partners

  • Drive the full event experience end-to-end; from planning to registrations, execution, and follow-ups

  • Build scalable event formats, curate content and speakers, and grow a strong, high-quality visitor base

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to generate pipeline and measure event impact

  • Manage vendors, logistics, and timelines

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or B2B experiences

  • Combine creativity with strong operational excellence

  • Think commercially and understand how events drive enterprise sales

  • Communicate confidently with executives, partners, and service providers

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being hands-on on-site
