Event Marketing Manager

Company Description

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

Role Description

As an Event Marketing Manager, you’ll have a proven track record of planning, executing, and promoting flawless events that drive brand awareness and contribute to revenue growth. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and find creative ways to stand out at events (you probably think socks as swag is so 2019).

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with Tennr’s brand objectives and business goals. Identify opportunities for in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to ensure event alignment with overall marketing strategy.

  • Event Execution: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site/virtual coordination. Oversee event branding and collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality presentation. Coordinate all event communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Promotion & Audience Engagement: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event registration and attendance using digital marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. Engage with key partners and industry leaders to maximize event visibility and reach.

  • Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Conduct post-event debriefs to analyze the success of events, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. Report on event performance, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and overall impact on business objectives.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

  • Travel: This role requires approximately 20% travel.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful events.

  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and without breaking a sweat.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Able to analyze data to assess the success of events and optimize future strategies.

  • Highly organized and with a keen eye for detail

  • A plus if you have produced events for senior leaders and c-suite executives.
