Educational Requirement:

Work Experience:

Required atleast Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
5 to 7 years' of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (Manufacturing, Engineering, and etc.)

Responsibilities:

Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling crtical items with Quality and other aspects.
Drive ideation, and small and large-scale projects
Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
