About the job: Quality Assurance and Training Officer (Makati) | Onsite\n\nWork Setup: Onsite (Makati)\n\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Implement and monitor the Laboratory QMS in compliance with ISO 15189, DOH LTO, and other relevant standards.\n* Lead internal audits, manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and support accreditation readiness (ISO/JCI).\n* Develop and deliver training programs and competency assessments for laboratory staff.\n* Coordinate EQA/PT programs and track performance and corrective actions.\n* Support incident investigations and risk management activities to ensure continuous improvement.\n* Prepare and submit QA dashboards, reports, and audit summaries to management.\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation:\n\n* Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC)\n\nExperience/Knowledge:\n\n* 3 to 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, with at least 2 years in QA, compliance, or training.\n* Strong understanding of ISO 15189, DOH, and JCI requirements. Skills:\n* Skilled in audit management, document control, and staff development.\n* Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.\n* Certifications in ISO 15189 Internal Auditing, Quality Management, or Training are an advantage.\n* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\n* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools\n\nTraits:\n\n* Empathetic, professional, proactive, and results-oriented\n* Calm under pressure and able to manage fast-paced clinical environments\n* Passionate about service excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
