Position: Senior Estimator

Salary: PHP 85,000 - 122,000/month

OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction / Building Estimator to support both sales and hire lines of business across our modular manufacturing and construction projects.

Reporting to the National Estimating Manager, you will lead estimating activities across complex tenders, working closely with Sales, Design, Manufacturing and Construction to deliver high quality, competitive submissions.

You will be responsible for providing fast, accurate pricing, clearly defined scopes of work and seamless integration between factory and site components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead complex tenders with a high degree of accuracy, including full integration of sub contractor scopes and pricing.
Develop clear and concise specifications, scopes of work and clarifications tailored to customer requirements.
Complete estimating in accordance with sales and production drawings.
Clearly delineate scope of works between factory-manufactured and site based activities.
Interpret technical specifications, tender documents and construction drawings.
Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC).
Work collaboratively with Sales, Design, Manufacturing and Construction teams to develop estimates and bid submissions.
Act as a technical lead for junior estimators.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
Proven experience using CostX or similar estimating software.
Demonstrated ability to complete accurate quantity take‑offs.
Understanding of National Construction Codes.
Strong site‑based construction experience, ideally with a builder or civil contractor, with practical understanding of pricing, sequencing, and delivery.
Confident communicator who proactively engages subcontractors and suppliers.
Able to clearly articulate how a project will be run on site and translate construction methodology into a buildable estimate.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit with strong ability to read and interpret drawings and documentation.
Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
