Location, Flexibility, and Working Hours
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode (at least 2 days a week) from our office in Noida. Our work from near culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting from other global offices.
Our team has a flexible working hours model with expectations to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with at least 3-4 hours overlapping with US Eastern Standard Time.
The Opportunity
As our Manager of Executive Recruiting in India, you’ll support our business as both a recruiter and a trusted advisor, working with hiring managers to understand our business needs, refine interview processes, and create and execute creative hiring strategies. Reporting to the Head of Global Executive & Commercial Recruiting for TELUS Digital Solutions, you will help establish a new and improved strategy and approach to leadership hiring in India and, eventually, across the region. Initially, this is an Individual Contributor role, and there are no people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring, while continuously improving our hiring process
Collaborate with senior business leadership, hiring managers, and interview teams to build inclusive and motivated teams
Develop innovative strategies to scale the hiring practice across multiple locations within India
Maintain relationships with top talent, ensuring access to diverse talent pools for current and future positions
Facilitate interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with our firm
Conduct market research to create job descriptions, advise on compensation, and understand the competitive landscape.
Adapt and pitch our value proposition to match the business evolution, negotiate complex situations, and maintain high offer acceptance rates
Provide timely communication with candidates and hiring managers about the recruitment process
Partner with hiring teams on interview best practices to ensure an inclusive interview process that builds diverse and equitable teams
Use data to evaluate pipeline health and implement strategies to improve recruiting outcomes
Qualifications
Over 6 years of experience recruiting for leadership/executive roles within consulting or professional services, specifically focused on Engineering, Technology, Digital Products, Data, and/or AI/ML type roles
Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive industries, at leadership levels
General understanding and application of Employment Law
Skilled in managing executive candidates and complex job requisitions
Strong ability to establish consultative relationships and build trust with candidates and hiring managers
Capable of flexibly adapting recruiting strategies and processes to evolving business needs and industry changes
Excellent at juggling multiple priorities, roles, and hiring manager relationships without compromising quality
Adept at navigating ambiguity and building consensus across multiple teams
Creative in developing solutions to meet strategic business needs
Bonus Points

Experience hiring management consultants
In-house recruiting experience, preferably within the tech or design industry
Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize data to influence hiring decisions and improve processes
Experience with our current tech stack: Ashby, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter
