Human Capital Operation & Service Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Having Experience of 3 years as Comben/Reward Supervisor.
Proficient in HRIS & payroll systems, calculating employee income tax, BPJSK and BPJSH.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets.
Strong knowledge of 3P Compensation Design, Variable Incentive
Strategy, Job Evaluation, HR policies and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
