Human Resource & General Affairs Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) departments, and develop HR policies and procedures.

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, training, payroll, and legal compliance.

  • Align HR and GA strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with top management.

  • Handle expatriate-related matters including RPTKA and work permit documentation.

  • Manage company licensing and legal compliance related to manpower regulations and corporate permits.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR and other departments.

  • Coordinate and supervise HR functions, including:



  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  2. Employee Relations & Welfare

  3. Training & Development

  4. Payroll & Compensation

  5. HR Generalist / HR Administration

  6. Industrial & Social Relations

  7. Occupational Safety & Health

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree.

  • Solid knowledge of HR management practices in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the hydraulic sector.

  • Experience working in or familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a Chinese manufacturing company is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian government policies related to HR, labor law, and manufacturing.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR leadership role.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Must possess a valid car driving license (SIM A).
