Human Resource & General Affairs Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) departments, and develop HR policies and procedures.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, training, payroll, and legal compliance.
Align HR and GA strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with top management.
Handle expatriate-related matters including RPTKA and work permit documentation.
Manage company licensing and legal compliance related to manpower regulations and corporate permits.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR and other departments.
Coordinate and supervise HR functions, including:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Employee Relations & Welfare
Training & Development
Payroll & Compensation
HR Generalist / HR Administration
Industrial & Social Relations
Occupational Safety & Health
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
Solid knowledge of HR management practices in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the hydraulic sector.
Experience working in or familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is preferred.
Previous experience in a Chinese manufacturing company is a plus.
Strong understanding of Indonesian government policies related to HR, labor law, and manufacturing.
Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR leadership role.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Must possess a valid car driving license (SIM A).
