Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati); During the first 6 months, has the option to work from home 1 to 2 days/week upon regularization

Work Schedule: No fixed schedule due to the job level but work is predominantly day shift. Hire has to be okay with working at night to meet with offshore stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets and verticals (e.g., customer support, technical support, back-office services, etc.)
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, partnerships, and digital platforms

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored BPO solutions that add value
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the sales cycle

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client behavior
  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for growth

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition for new clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management
