Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities in target markets and verticals (e.g., customer support, technical support, back-office services, etc.) Generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, partnerships, and digital platforms
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Understand client needs and offer tailored BPO solutions that add value Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the sales cycle
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client behavior Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for growth
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with operations, finance, and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition for new clients Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management
