Lead a group of Equipment and Process Technicians Attend various Equipments and Process daily issue. Ensuring Preventive Maintenance schedule carry out by Technicians. Required excellent communication skills for various inter department communications Suggest and executive Continuous Improvement on equipments down time or improve operational efficiency. Attend various Daily Meeting. 2x per shift Work load assigning base on production schedule for various equipment. Respond to any escalation from technicians from unscheduled down time or process KPOV. Montitor and respond to QC escalation from Test’s KPOV. Respond and follow up on Quality Incidents on-hold and disposition. Responsible to Technicians career path planning and performance designation. Attend various training course for technical and soft skills. Become Emergency Response Team member Conduct Fire Drill Evacuation Exercise Involve Management System Audit
