About the Role :  Sales * Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive participation and sponsorship sales across key markets. * Identify, engage, and close deals with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to enc cre at e r e s p o n s e. * Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and partnership agreements. * Represent SiGMA at international conferences and networking events (travel required). * Stay informed on industry trends to tailor sales pitches and inform event strategy. Client Success * Own the client relationship after the deal is closed, ensuring smooth handover and execution. * Use HubSpot to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication across departments. * Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, production) to ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered as agreed. * Collect client assets, track deadlines, and provide ongoing support leading up to and during the event. * Act as the client’s main point of contact for all post-sale queries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event cycle.
