Lago is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative / Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries, manage communications, and support various administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the management team in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting remote teams or in an international company.

  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.

  • Basic knowledge of workflow automation or process documentation.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or similar tools.
