Nurse Practitioner (NP)
NIVA Health is seeking compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioners to join our Wound Care Division, providing high-quality care directly to patients in home and facility-based settings.

What You Will Do
- Provide patient-centered wound care in home and facility-based settings
- Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
- Assess patients and support treatment planning to improve healing outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment goals
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in community-based care settings
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
