Physician Assistant (PA)

NIVA Health is seeking compassionate, motivated Physician Assistants to join our Wound Care Division, providing high-quality care directly to patients in home and facility-based settings.

What You Will Do

• Provide patient-centered wound care in home and facility-based settings
• Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
• Assess patients and support treatment planning to improve healing outcomes
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment goals
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in community-based care settings
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
