Senior Engineer, Process Engineering

Job Description\n---------------\n\n* Job Summary:\n * To ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification\n * To carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.\n* Essential Duties & Responsibilities\n * To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV\n * To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis\n * To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters\n * To carry out evaluations for process improvement\n * To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.\n\nQualifications\n--------------\n\n* Required\n * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent\n* Preferred\n * 2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer\n * Familiar with SPC and Design of Experiments.\n* Skills\n * Minitab/JMP , Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solving\n\nAdditional Information\n----------------------\n\n#LI-LK1
