Role & Responsibilities / Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. He/she will play a crucial role in evaluating generative AI solutions, ensuring the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of the solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to assess the functionality, performance, and robustness of Gen AI-powered solutions for software engineering.
  • Collaborate with developers and Gen AI researchers and engineers to understand the intricacies of the solutions and define appropriate testing strategies.
  • Develop and implement automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks to streamline the testing process.
  • Identify and document defects, biases, and limitations of the solutions.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI testing methodologies and tools.
  • Communicate test findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in designing and executing test plans for complex software applications.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks will be added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
