Our customers use it for customer support, appointment booking, lead qualification, and more. Since launching a little over a year ago, more than 6,000 businesses have chosen fonio.
We’re currently expanding our sales team for the Polish market and are looking for an Account Executive to help us grow fast.

Your role
You run multiple discovery and demo calls every day with clearly pre-qualified inbound and warm leads from the Polish market. You show prospective customers how our phone AI works and the concrete value it can deliver for their business.
You own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and work toward a monthly and quarterly quota.
When you’re not on demos, you work warm leads, prepare follow-ups, and keep your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM. After closing, you ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success or the next onboarding step.
You work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, share feedback from customer conversations, and provide a reliable forecast.

€60,000–€100,000 OTE depending on experience

What you bring
At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven closing performance across a clear funnel
Strong product and technical understanding
Native-level Polish and a confident presence on the phone and in demos
Strong English skills
Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
High ownership, speed, and strong pipeline discipline
