(We're accepting applications from all Romania, this is a field based role, providing on-site technical support, covering all Romania.)\n\nWe're looking for our new Flying Doctor Technician to provide on-site support (especially in connection with electrical buses) with the following responsibilities:\n\n* Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis and defining corrective actions.\n* Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair.\n* Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement.\n* Monitoring activity KPIs (case ageing, recurrence, fix-it-right-first-time) and flagging early warning signals on product or process issues.\n* Contributing to technical knowledge base and best practices, supporting continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshop.
