We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to oversee customer relationships within the US market, focusing on driving renewals, expanding accounts, and generating new opportunities within existing clients.
This position demands an individual who can establish strong customer connections, comprehend their business requirements, and uncover growth prospects while ensuring customers receive maximum value from WizCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships post-implementation for designated US market accounts
- Drive revenue growth through renewals and expansions by spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the sales team to close them
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and discussions on product adoption with customers
- Ensure customers fully leverage the platform’s capabilities, leading to increased retention and satisfaction
- Monitor product usage and customer health indicators to detect risks and opportunities
- Serve as the main contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations
- Collaborate closely with product, support, and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Keep accurate account records and track opportunities in the CRM system
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success roles
- Preferably experienced working with clients in the US or international markets
- Proven track record in driving renewals, expansions, or revenue growth within existing accounts
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- Skilled at identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to work shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM IST
