We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist with Slovenian and English, based in Sofia, Bulgaria and if you're currently outside the country, we will support your relocation!

Please note: This is an on-site position and not remote.

In this role, you will:

Deliver outstanding client service
Contribute to excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Identify and assess customer needs
Provide assistance with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system

No prior experience in a similar role? No problem! If you're fluent in Slovenian and English and have excellent communication skills, you are exactly who were looking for.
