Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code
    review
  • Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using:
  • React/TypeScript frontend with Mantine component library
  • Python backend services (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
  • GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client (frontend) and Python-based GraphQL servers
  • Drive technical decision-making processes while balancing business requirements with
    technical constraints
  • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes across the entire stack
  • Collaborate with product management and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into
    technical specifications
  • Design and implement scalable data models and APIs to support complex business logic
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across multiple applications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role,
    with experience managing others in both project work and career progression
  • Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices
  • Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Apollo Client
    and Python-based servers)
  • Proficiency with UI component libraries (particularly Mantine or similar)
  • Experience with form management in complex React applications
  • Strong understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment
    strategies
  • Experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions,
    documentation, and knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising technology or marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial data systems
  • Experience developing multi-app workspaces or monorepos
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Experience with real-time data processing system
