Responsibilities:

• Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – phone, email and chat;

• Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;

• Providing pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;

• Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience;

• Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;

• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

• Native level of Dutch

• Fluent level of English (B2)

• Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.

• Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker

• At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training

• European citizenship or work permit for Portugal

• Accommodation provided by the company, bedroom for yourself in shared apartment
