Dutch Customer Ambassador - Lisbon

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Suggest improvements to enhance product and service usage.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience.

  • Monitor and report trends and recurring issues.

  • Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)

  • Ability to understand and solve technical issues

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
