Technical Talent Sourcer

Senior Technical Sourcer to partner with CTO and Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and engage high-quality, high-bar engineering talent across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing execution with market insight, sharp candidate judgment, and a high degree of ownership. You’ll own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles across Backend, Frontend, DevOps / Infrastructure, Data, and Engineering Management; build and execute sourcing strategies for active hiring needs and future talent pipeline priorities; create target company lists, market maps, and talent landscapes for key roles and geographies across Europe; proactively identify, engage, and nurture high-quality passive candidates; write highly personalized outreach; partner with CTO and Technical Recruiter to calibrate role requirements and target profiles; run sourcing experiments; share talent market insights; maintain ATS hygiene; shape how Thrill Labs is positioned to technical talent; support early candidate qualification and handoff into recruiting process.
