Customer Experience Specialist - Dutch-Speaker

This is more than just customer service its about creating memorable experiences and helping customers feel truly valued.

What You´ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
• Answer questions, solve problems, and deliver warm, professional support
• Guide users through products, services, and solutions
• Keep track of cases and follow up where needed
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic, multicultural team
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall experience

What We´re Looking For:

• Fluent Dutch (C2)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented
• A positive attitude and eagerness to help
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
• Availibity to start asap
