What You´ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
- Answer questions, solve problems, and deliver warm, professional support
- Guide users through products, services, and solutions
- Keep track of cases and follow up where needed
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic, multicultural team
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall experience
What We´re Looking For:
- Fluent Dutch (C2)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented
- A positive attitude and eagerness to help
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
- Availibity to start asap
