Lawyer (Compliance)

HR factory's client is Lithuania's leading peer-to-peer lending and crowdfunding platform, and payment services for all clients are provided by the electronic money institution operating within our group of companies, which is currently inviting a Lawyer (m/f) to join the professional team!\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Monitor changes in legal acts, review the company's internal policy documents, procedures and regulations;\n* Assess and ensure that the company's activities comply with the requirements of legal acts and supervisory institutions;\n* Communicate with the Bank of Lithuania, State Data Protection Inspectorate and other institutions (preparation of letters and responses);\n* Consult colleagues (on legal and compliance issues). \n\n* Higher university education in law;\n* 3+ years of experience in compliance, law or related fields (in a bank, financial or fintech company);\n* Knowledge of legal acts related to financial services (peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding);\n* Practical experience in applying Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements;\n* Excellent knowledge of English.
