Legal and Compliance Executive
Responsibilities :
Assist the Legal and Compliance Manager handling all Legal and Compliance Area such as : update all regulations related to the business run by the company, help all Department (in Company) if legal advice is needed, drafting agreement and company compliance, responsible to all Company Legal Documents including obtain new license (if any) and updated all the Company Legal Documents.
Requirements :
Have experience working in Payment Service Industry Company for at least 3 (three) years
Have experience in handling licensing related to Payment Service Industry
Know and understand all regulations related to the Payment Service Industry
Has experience handling company certifications such as: ISO 27001:2013, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), E9:E14 Pemanfaatan Sistem Elektronik (PSE) Kominfo.
Have experience in making Business Agreements
Provide assistance or support to internal and external auditors activity related with Legal and Compliance and Risk Management
Updating and ensure all corporate legal documents validity update and conduct the renewal by according with government institution such as BKPM, OJK, and Bank of Indonesia
Having experience in creating SOP.10. Good communication in
English is a must (spoken and written)
Well organized, self-initiative, independent, able to work in tight schedule and under pressure
Computer literate : Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power point, etc.
