TASQ is urgently seeking a lead QA engineer to join our team immediately. The preliminary screening interview will be conducted via phone, so please ensure your line remains open.

**Position Title:** Lead QA Engineer | REMOTE

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools.

- Develop testing strategies, documentation, and processes.

- Identify, report, and discuss issues with the development team.

- Perform both manual and automated testing, including scripting for projects.

- Maintain detailed records of test results, cases, and feedback for the project team.

- Ensure that the final product aligns with project goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in QA processes, programming, and test management tools.

- Proven experience with test automation tools such as Postman and Selenium.

- Experience with API testing.

- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, C#, or Python.

- Leadership experience is advantageous.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Skilled in presentation and report writing.

**Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:**

- Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.

- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
